Pastor Lee Johnson

Pastor Lee has been Senior Pastor at Bethel since 1988. He graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Wenham, MA with an emphasis in New Testament studies, and is fascinated by Biblical history. Lee and his wife Joyce are the parents of three daughters and a son, all adults now. He and his wife recently returned from the Philippines where they taught and ministered to local church pastors and a large prison ministry. Lee enjoys woodworking, motorcycle riding, reading, and traveling. He has been to the Holy Land six times, his last trip in 2006.

Pastor Kirk Kendall

Pastor Kirk worked with Pastor Lee in North Dakota and joined Bethel as Associate Pastor shortly after  Lee came.  Kirk graduated from Jamestown College, then from Covington Theological Seminary with a Masters degree in Ministry.  Kirk and his wife Linda have a grown daughter and a grown son and are very proud grandparents.  Kirk enjoys archery hunting, woodworking, bicycling, and is quite the fisherman—at least to hear him tell it!

Weston Oxley

Weston joined Bethel in September 2007.  He has his undergraduate degree in Christian Ministries from Azusa Pacific University and a Masters in Christian Education from Talbot Seminary.  He’s been in youth ministry for over 12 years and enjoys teaching through the Scriptures and playing crazy games.  He and his wife Amy of 9 years have 4 boys preschool and under including a set of twins, so he doesn’t really have any hobbies or interests at the moment.

Laura Wintory

Laura joined the Bethel staff in 2004 as the Director of Women’s Ministries.  With a background in technology and service, and a passion for women’s ministries, Laura brings her skill sets and experience to what's happening at Bethel.  She fills her free time restoring her home, caring for her dog, and eating Indian food wherever she can find it—a holdover from a time of missions work in India.

David Wells

David has been the Director of Worship and Music since April, 2008.  He was born and raised in New Jersey but has lived in Florida, Illinois and Washington State.  He is married to Marcia and they have 2 sons: Reagan and Brian.  David enjoys reading, biking, music (of course) and movies.

Rick Stufflebeem

Rick joined the staff team in November 2011 to serve as Director of Children and Family Ministry.  Rick and his wife Marty are longtime members at Bethel.  He had previously served Bethel as a member of the Elder & Deacon Boards.  Rick has also served in various Children's ministries as a lay person over his many years with our church.  He also coordinates our Short Term Missions Ministry.  He and his wife Marty have three married daughters and ten grandchildren.  His interests include motorcylce riding with Marty, hanging out with his family, sports (Cardinals & Hawkeyes), camping and participating in his many grandkid's activities.
