Pricing & Room Availability

We have a block of rooms reserved at Stoney Creek Inn.  A double queen room comfortably sleeps 2 to 4 women, so choose your roommates and register early...or we'd be happy to place you with other Bethel women looking to share a room.

If you make your reservation before September 14, rates are as follows:

• Room of 4 at $65/person
• Room of 2 at $95/person

On September 14, the room rate goes up and rooms are subject to hotel availability. So please sign up early! On or after September 14, rates will be:

• Room of 4 at $75/person
• Room of 2 at $105/person

*You can print a copy of the Registration Form today (see bottom of page).

Your Registration Fee Covers:

Your room, dessert Friday evening, breakfast & lunch Saturday, all the Get-A-Way sessions, access to the Bethel Party Suite, and access to hotel amenities.

NOTE: Any additional services at Stoney Creek Inn (in-room movies, outside phone calls, etc) will require your credit card informaiton to be provided upon check-in at the hotel Front Desk.

Transportation:

Seating is limited! Reservations will be held in order of registration. Vans will depart Bethel at 5pm and 530pm Friday. Vans will return to Bethel at 4pm Saturday.

If you choose to drive yourself, you may follow the vans, or simply meet us there.

Bethel's Cancellation Policy:

Room reservations must be cancelled on or before Sunday, October 9, in order to receive a refund.
